Exceptions and Possible Delays
In the event of exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, strikes, carrier delays, etc.), the announced delivery time may be extended. In this case, our customer service team will inform you of the situation as soon as possible. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be requested by the authorities of the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
